1. Introduction and Company Status

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Eontech.dev ("Eontech", "we", "us", or "our") websites, software, services, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services"), which primarily include the provision of technical **Projects and Trainings**. Eontech is a legal entity organized and operating in the United States of America with an Employer Identification Number (EIN).

By accessing or using the Services you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

We may revise these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated by posting a revised date and, where appropriate, using additional notice mechanisms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

1. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services.
2. Certain features require registration for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain and promptly update your account data when it changes.
3. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading or transmitting content that infringes third-party intellectual property, is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code except as permitted by law.

4. Service Provision, Modifications & Interruptions

While we aim to provide reliable Services, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the entire Service (wholly or partly), at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other business reasons, with or without notice.

You acknowledge that Eontech may need to perform emergency maintenance or take down portions of the Services to address technical problems or legal obligations.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, trademarks, logos, code, designs, and other intellectual property are owned by Eontech or our licensors. Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal, non-commercial purposes (unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing).

If you provide Feedback, you grant Eontech a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such Feedback without obligation to you.

6. Payments, Fees & Non-Refunds

All Services are provided on a **one-time project or training fee basis**. **Eontech does not offer subscription services.**

You agree to pay the applicable fees for the Projects or Trainings you purchase. You must provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge that payment method.

ALL FEES PAID TO EONTECH FOR PROJECTS AND TRAININGS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE, REGARDLESS OF THE REASON FOR CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL, OR TERMINATION. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.

We may change pricing or billing terms and will provide notice where required by law. If you fail to pay fees, Eontech may suspend or terminate access to the paid features of the Services.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Sections that by their nature survive termination (such as Intellectual Property, Indemnification, Disclaimers, Limitations of Liability, and the Non-Refunds clause) will continue to apply after termination.

8. Disclaimers & No Warranty

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. EONTECH DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eontech, its officers, employees, agents and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of third-party rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EONTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD 100) IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **State of Wyoming, USA**, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Wyoming, USA. You agree that any claim must be brought within one year after the cause of action arises, or it is barred.
