Assist in the recruitment process including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Coordinate employee engagement and training initiatives
Assist with performance review processes and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resourcess
1–3 years of HR experience
Excellent communication
Excellent organizational skills

Experience in remote or tech-focused environments
