Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate employee engagement and training initiatives
  • Assist with performance review processes and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resourcess
  • 1–3 years of HR experience
  • Excellent communication
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
Nice to Have
  • Experience in remote or tech-focused environments
  • Knowledge of recruitment platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
